A UK-based paranormal investigator, medium & Holistic Therapist, Karen has formed connections with spirit since she was a child. Her gift has led her to delve further into the paranormal field joining a Paranormal team in 2017 where she investigated haunted locations throughout the United Kingdom and was the resident Medium .
In 2018, Karen co-founded an events company KEAP Paranormal including platform Mediumship, psychic suppers & supernatural fayres rebranding in 2020 to ‘Festival of the Unexplained’. Similar to a Paracon format, it features all aspects of the paranormal with guest speakers coming from all over the paranormal spectrum – absolutely nothing is off limits!
In 2020,Karen organised three free online weekend Festival of the Unexplained conventions.
Karen highlight of 2020 ,the icing on the paranormal cake was joining Paul and Andy at the multi award-winning Haunted Magazine as an advertising executive, a role which she very much enjoys.


Festival Host
Russ has been a studying occult ologist for decades and has a huge amount of knowledge on these areas.
He often holds talks and appears on podcasts educating and talking on these matters.He has been in many newspapers, The Telegraph, The Observer, and lots of other media outlets.
Russ designs experiments and experiences for people to try on his events, often making connections to the spirit world where others fail.
He is a co-owner of the successful paranormal events business The Haunted Exchange in the UK, he is also the owner of Wednesbury Paranormal.
With over 30 years of experience and knowledge Russ is regarded highly in the UK community.
Russ also offers psychic readings and spiritual healings, using his sensitive skills and paranormal scientific tools combined.
One of the main areas of the paranormal field Russ gets involved in a lot, is Spirit Rescue cases, travelling around to help troubled people
come to terms and deal with spiritual hauntings and incidents.
It’s a pleasure to have Russ as a host for The Festival, and were sure with his advisory and hosting skills, he will be a major asset to the events success.


Festival Host
Dennis has been a paranormal investigator for a few years now.
Known as The Ghosty Posty, due to his career as a dedicated postman.
Dennis is a debunker on investigations, which is good to have as it paves the
way for a clean and honest invest. He is an empathic sensitive, and often picks up
on energies. He has a wicked sense of humour and will have you all laughing out loud at the festival.


Festival Host
Alister has been a Paranormal Investigator for years. He has a keen eye for processing
environmental information and his paranormal work is very much based around scientific data.
He designs and builds equipment and is very much a tech geek.
Alister is a well-respected guy and an easily approachable person. He fits right into the festival team.
