Do I receive an actual ticket?
Your ticket is your fully paid invoice, please print this out and bring this with you when you arrive at your chosen event to sign in. You will also receive a PDF with important information prior to your event.
Is there any age limit of who can attend these event?
The age limit is 16 years and over please visit our terms and conditions page for more information.
Do you issue tickets?
Once you have booked and paid a deposit for your chosen event, you will be sent an email confirming your booking. Once you have paid in full you will receive another confirmation email from us and shortly after you will be sent full event / information / booking details which will be sent via PDF format to your given email address at the time of booking. Please ensure you have given us the correct email address and be sure to check your spam folder as sometimes our emails may end up here! The PDF is sent to you regarding all details for the event such as times, what to wear, address of venue etc – we do not require to see this on the night of the event, (but it is advisable to print it out and bring with you) as once you have booked your chosen event you will be placed onto our guest list.
What can I expect at the event?
All Festival of the Unexplained Events are hosted by our team as usual you will be in very safe hands. Our experienced Hosts have a wealth of knowledge and are fully trained in all aspects of first aid, and all aspects of event management.
What do I need to bring with me to a Festival?
We ask for you to just bring yourself (and any other friends whom wish to attend), we will have stalls selling all kinds of wares from Books to specially handcrafted items inkeeping with the events.
Who will be at the events?
We invite a wide range of guest speakers to our festivals and these speakers will have a wealth of knowledge whether it be UFO’s, Cryptids, Cryptozoology, Demonology, witchcraft, the occult and the paranormal, you can be sure that there will be a speaker for you.
What should I do if I cannot attend an event?
If you are unable to attend an event, please let us know as soon as possible. All ticket sales are final and are non-refundable. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
Can I pay a deposit? and full balance later?
Yes of course you can, if there is an option to do so. Some of our events will be available on a payment plan basis, the events will specify all ticket pricing and details of payment options within the description, however if you are unsure, don’t be left in the dark – give us bell, we will really happy to help and be sure to look at the terms and conditions page also.
